Fences
Fences are actually easy to make look great! We are efficient and make them strong and beautiful.

A small backyard in Manchester with 40 years of disuse.Transformed. We took down a medium-sized multi-trunk maple. The largest we’ve taken down to date. Took a couple days to process. We used the woodchips for the forest bed. The rest of the project entailed brush clearing, concrete break-up, grading, and of course, nice planting beds…
It is always such a pleasure to build with wood. One of the best aspects is the ability to shape, to correct, to combine. Wood comes together beautifully. One thing we do with wood often is introduce patterns. Sometimes its numbers, shapes, sizes… but repeating the pattern really helps bring it all together.
This client was after a modern look and so we suggested black posts to compliment his black awning, with cable rail between. We built a new stoop with two staircases (previous was one sided) and installed the beautiful cable rail system.
This project has a classic look combined with drink rails and sleek lighting. The design of this deck was very efficient. At 12′ x 24′ it is a decent size, but also used materials very efficiently. Our waste on this job was measured in inches.
We started with an existing deck of ample size. We had some changes in mind but they didn’t fit the budget, so we kept the existing structure. Thankfully the foundations were good, and the structure was to code except for a few joists that were spanning a bit too far. We fixed that (as well…
This client originally wanted a patio, but the cost was prohibitive. Trying to work within her budget and give her the most bang-for-your-buck, we presented a design that would use pebbles for a seating area, and then put the rest of the budget towards planters, flowers, and mulch. We liked working with her so much…
This project came out great! We started with an old deck that had some issues. It had been expanded at one time and built-out around a hot tub. Our task was to design a new deck using most of the old structure. We made a ton of repairs and upgrades and in the end, we…
This project was over a year in the making. Our client had just purchased a unique home with a rotten, poorly built, roof-top deck. It was an odd deck for certain, not an after-thought, but not well planned (at least not made to last), and definitely in a unique location on top of a 3+…
This project created three spaces: The entry area with well-lit steps that come on every evening. There is handrail for the steps but no guardrails on the side. This was a choice to keep it open and accessible. The main deck which has integrated lighting controlled by remote, as well as two gates to keep…
This client wanted a fun pool experience. So we lit it up!
This paver project transformed an unused space into an intimate backyard nook for outdoor dining and barbecuing. We built the patio and the steps as well as the handrail. When the owners first called they were interested in a deck quote. However, I often start a project asking for a photo. When they texted me…
