Vinyl Pergola Built to Belong

This beautiful community in Candia has a deck on every model, but many are suffering from extreme morning and noon sun. Some neighbors put pergolas on their deck, but they weren’t integrated into the house or deck railings. We wanted to offer a solution that looks like it was always there, like it was designed that way from the beginning.

As you can see below, we hit the mark. We use vinyl pergola kits engineered with aluminum structural supports. We asked the builder which vinyl deck railing system he used and then were able to integrate the pergola posts into the railing system. The pergola is mounted to the house as well. With these too features we were able to maintain 100% of the usable deck space.
