Review of Ipe Deck with a Curvy Pool

We had Timber and Stone design and build a deck for our kidney-shaped above ground pool. In researching companies to build our deck, Timber and Stone really stood out. Their project gallery showed creative designs made with a variety of attractive materials. Customer reviews were glowing about their designing, construction, and work ethic. When meeting Patrick and Mari to discuss my project and get an estimate, they were very open to my thoughts and ideas while presenting their vision. The estimate was very competitive. Since it was near the end of the season, they recommended digging and pouring the foundations before winter freeze so they could work through the winter. The cold weather and snow never negatively affected their work ethic, attention to detail, and the work timeline. Finishing touches were done in the spring and the deck was all ready for the beginning of the swimming season. Patrick was great with communication throughout the project, giving us his mindset on new ideas that came up. His attention to detail was first rate (even in the freezing weather). The work site was always clean at the end of the day. When coming back to install a matching handmade gate, he noticed an issue that I hadn’t. He informed me about the reason and his recommended action and proceeded to fix it permanently. We have had no issues or complaints since they finished our deck and love its look, sturdiness, and functionality. It is a perfect complement to our curved pool. Patrick and Mari were a pleasure to work with throughout the project. We highly recommend Timber and Stone to anyone looking to build an innovative deck, etc. for their home.
