Perfect Pool Deck

This deck was a year in the making! Client contacted me over a year ago, we worked on a design, but tabled the project until this summer.

A lot of Manchester is sand – this area is not. Excavation was DIFFICULT due to rocks and also due to heat and the shear number of holes (10 in total.)

The deck seamlessly meets the pool, just the way we like it. Next to the lower stairs we worked in space for plants. We used the upper deck to create a wall instead of railings on that side.

Under the deck, we installed a metal roof to create a dry area. We did the same under the stairs to store pool chemicals.

The wait was worth it!
