Deck Renovation with Trex

We gave this deck a fresh new look by installing new Trex composite boards and new vinyl railings. The framing was still in great shape, but as a standard practice we always add a protective strip of deck tape to the top of all joists. This membrane will help protect the wood framing from water and rot. The stairs were replaced completely and we tied the new stairway into the existing patio. To finish the look we added white square patterned lattice.
